Business Plan

In 2008 the Executive Committee created and implemented a Business Plan for 2008-2011 which outlines the key priorities and execution framework for the delivery of the ECC vision: "To be regarded as one of the best grassroots community-based amateur cricket clubs in Australia".

Looking forward from 2008–2011, the Business Plan assesses the external environment to identify the threats and opportunities that impact the long-term success of our club and provides our strategic direction in response.

The Three Year Business Plan was submitted to the Membership at the AGM for feedback.  Members will have until 25th July 2008 to review and submit their feedback to the committee through the Vice-President.

The feedback will then be consolidated and reviewed at the first Executive Committee meeting in 08/09 with a Final version of the Plan available for members to access in September 2008.
